EU-only collection. Sheb Wooley may be best known as an actor for his portrayal of Pete Nolan in the TV series Rawhide with Clint Eastwood. However ole Sheb was in fact a well-seasoned hillbilly, rockabilly and country star before his Hollywood days. Includes all of his charted hits up to 1962 including of course his global novelty "The Purple People Eater". Also featured is his original recording of "Google Eye" which later became a hit for beat group The Nashville Teens.
