Tapan present their first release since their debut album Europa (MALKA 002LP, 2018). They show their dancier side with two cuts: The Beast (featuring Serbian musician Jan Nemecek) and Ghana. Perhaps industrial-inspired, tribal-trance is the closest description, and yet somehow after listening to the tracks it feels like trying to put it in a box just don't do justice. Both tracks are remixed by Russian duo Odopt who deliver an out-worldly IDM monster of a remix to The Beast, and Italian-Belgian duo Front de Cadeaux make Ghana even slower, adding more percussive grooves.
